Raving Review of Red Tea

Raving Review of Red Tea

Are you looking to lose some unwanted pounds? Are you looking to detox to cleanse out those nasty toxins? Or perhaps you’re just looking for a tasty beverage to sip. I’ve been drinking a product of late that does all three.

For years, I’ve enjoyed the benefits of green tea. Studies show that green tea contains powerful antioxidants. These components contribute to minimizing health risks such as cancer and cardiovascular disease. It also helps with weight loss and maintaining weight. It’s one of the reasons I’m a tea advocate. Understanding the health advantages gravitated me to drink the tea as a beverage substitute leaving my coffee days behind.

Like a great majority of people, after the holidays I was looking to drop the extra weight that happened to gravitate to my physique after all that turkey, stuffing, and Christmas cookies. I was looking to do something different as was a normal occurrence around the first of the year. My fingers performed a search on Google and what I found is something I certainly knew existed, but never gave it a go.

I certainly knew of the existence of red tea, but I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about red tea. It sparked the inner interest for me when I found a site with great detail of information on the subject. This connoisseur of the tea craze was intrigued. Sleuthing through the site I found that red tea is also high in antioxidants like her sister tea, green produced through with the Rooibos.

Rooibos is not really a true tea, but rather an herb native to South Africa. The plant that, when harvested and dried, can be brewed into a reddish-brown herbal infusion dubbed “African red tea” or “red bush tea” by the tea industry. The antioxidants contained in Rooibos literary meaning “red bush.” It contains aspalathin and nothofagin which are comparatively rare, and help to regulate blood sugar, reduce excessive fat production, stress, and inhibit metabolic disorders. Perfect for a detox and weight loss.

I did another search online and found the Red Tea Detox. I’ve done several detoxes before with a variety of benefits and results. As a tea lover, this one seemed up my teetotaler alley. For me, the major benefit is red tea does not contain caffeine. This is a big plus because I do a lot of my writing at night before going to bed and I like to sip my tea while writing. Although I do like Green Tea, another major positive for me is that Red Tea is not as bitter.

Green Tea is extremely popular and has been for years. At one point even trendy. I have a feeling Red Tea will become equally as popular if not more people learn about the benefits and enjoy the taste. If you are a teas snob like myself or perhaps a casual drinker or just need a beverage to help lose weight and cleanse your inner self I would check this out.
