The Chiefs emerged victorious with a 25–22 overtime win, becoming the first team since the 2004 New England Patriots to secure back-to-back Super Bowl titles. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes was named the game’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) after completing 34 of 46 passes for 333 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. The halftime show was headlined by Usher, featuring special guests Alicia Keys, Jermaine Dupri, H.E.R., will.i.am, Lil Jon, and Ludacris. The event attracted an average of 123.7 million viewers across all platforms, setting a new record for the most-watched program in American television history at that time.
