About Us

I Wonder If Hamlet Drank Tea.

Welcome to our vibrant community centered around the love for tea and the joy of shared experiences. At Tea Be Or Not Tea Be, we blend the art of tea with a rich tapestry of events, creating moments that celebrate culture, connection, and of course, the perfect cup of tea. What better way to reflect on that past than a cool iced tea for summer and a hot cup of tea for winter?

It might seem unconventional for a website, but Tea Be Or Not Tea Be began as an e-commerce platform. Alongside this, I’ve curated a YouTube Channel dedicated to daily celebrations and observances featured on our calendar, producing videos each day of the week. To enhance the visibility of these videos, I introduced a section on this website called “What-Is-Tea-Day?” It felt like a perfect synergy between both platforms.

This is your daily guide to the world of celebrations and holidays! Every day, we bring you a curated selection of unique and quirky observances from around the globe. Whether it’s honoring historical events, embracing cultural traditions, or simply celebrating the joys of everyday life, What Is Today is your go-to source for discovering something new to commemorate each day. Join us in exploring the fascinating tapestry of global festivities and marking the moments that make each day special. Discover today’s reason to celebrate with What Is Today!

Each article will have a series of videos for that particular day. Make sure to grab some tea or your favorite beverage and explore the site. You may learn a lot!

‘Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them.’

The benefits of tea are substantial beyond sheer refreshment and weight loss.

Antioxidants

Antioxidants are compounds produced in your body and found in foods. They help defend your cells from damage caused by potentially harmful molecules known as free radicals. This helps your body protect from heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer.

Less Caffeine

Traditional teas have less than 50 percent of what typically is found in coffee. Herbal blends have no caffeine.

I’m personally not able to drink coffee. Coffee containing caffeine can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness. Consuming large amounts of coffee has the potential of causing headaches, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats.

Your Bones

Recent studies has shown that green tea may prevent bone loss. Moringa, a plant that’s native to South Asia, has been known for its medicinal properties and is now quickly becoming a mainstream superfood. With more calcium than milk, as well as iron, vitamin A and K, moringa tea is a great addition to help keep those bones strong.

Smile

Research suggests tea prevents cavities. Unlike many other beverages tea does not appear to erode tooth enamel.

Immunity

Holy basil or tulsi tea has been used by practitioners for centuries to help keep the immune system strong after injuries or illnesses thanks to its antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties.

Digestion

Not to get to personal, but particular chamomile in Herbal tea can be good for people with irritable bowel syndrome because it is an antispasmodic. Ginger teas can calm nausea.
